Wow, what a smooth process this has been. All thanks to Mark, our vision has been made into a reality! We quickly found a great house, and we wanted to make a few renovations before moving. Knowing nothing about local contractors or construction, Mark helped us every step of the way. He has all the knowledge and knows who to trust, and we are so grateful for his guidance and professionalism. He’s very thorough and pays attention to detail, and is very honest. Without his help, I don’t think we could have gotten this far and found such a great house to call home.

We had to submit in multiple offers on various houses, which was time consuming.  Mark was very patient with the challenges our lender presented throughout the purchasing process. I don’t write reviews often, but I felt it necessary after working with Mark. He was incredible to work with from start to finish. He was very patient with my wife and I as we were looking for a home we can grow into without going outside of our comfort zone and budget, which is very difficult in this market. Once we had an offer accepted we were able to move very quickly to close on the home partly due to his professionalism with the selling agent and by utilizing his preferred lenders.
